There is one science theory that I have read about recently that is pretty interesting. There is an interstellar object nicknamed "Oumuamua" that is said to be getting stranger by the day. This object was first discovered in October 2017 and is said to be shaped like a cigar. There is a current study that suggests this object could be made of hydrogen ice. This is one of the most abundant objects. However, this element is rarely found in a solid form. If this is true, then it is possible this element in this form could be more common in the solar system than we realize. They are suggesting that when this element passed near the Sun it was warmed up and the melted hydrogen boiled the icy off of its surface. This object was last observed in 2018. It is now unable to be examined by telescopes, therefore, the study has been put on hold.
