Today is a very special day. Today is World Bee Day! Today also recognizes all of our lovely pollinators. It is important to know a little history behind the meaning of today. It all goes back to the 18th century when Anton Jansa was the first to talk about the importance of bees and how they are beneficial to our environment. Bee's are great at helping us on many different levels. They can help us in stoping hunger or even aid us in adapting to climate change. It is important to speak to your local beekeepers about ways that you and your family can make your gardens bee-friendly. Please spread the word to your friends. Help us in educating people of the importance of bee-endangerment.
